Quilting my nancy's off!

About two weeks ago i discovered a quilting that I started over 3 years ago, i suddenly had all the motivation in the world to finish it! I was only about a square or two into it, so i was taking on quite the task! More than i thought anyways. I got everything cut out and put in place and then came the sewing...just a side note, sitting at a sewing machine for the first 5 hours isnt bad, its quite relaxing and sorta nice to just sit there and do what you want. The second day of sewing, my butt is tired and I'm full of complaints, by the third day of sewing I am mad at myself for thinking i could do something like this. The fourth day of sewing, I have a head ache that wont ease up, six or so really tender spots on my back (from slouching in the chair I'm sure) and raw fingers. Aunt Arba and Uncle Chuck came into town yesterday tho, and she told me it would be really awesome if i could finish the quilt before she leaves so's she can see it....needless to say, i finished the quilt last night and I dont want to sit behind a sewing machine for at least a month!! I will post pics of the quilt all the way finished tomorrow! and for the record I made two quilts, One out of my dads old Wranglers and my Grandpa's overall's! and the second out of all my old Clogging atire! :) They are both very cute, and I'm excited to watch a movie and snuggle under then when my sweet Austin returns from this deployment...Its numbered now folks! less than a month and he will be home!
